About the role
The Metering Systems Application Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the MDM (Meter Data Management) system is performing the required functions to support the business processes and SLAs. The Metering Systems Application Support Engineer will also test Metering Systems software releases to validate that they have the required functionality reliability security and flexibility. The role provides monitoring and timely response to incidents to prevent impacts to the 24/7 service.
