Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone email or in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Provide technical support for printers scanners and other peripherals

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
