Stitch Fix is transforming the way people find what they loveand were looking for a strategic data-driven Marketing Technology Product Manager to join our Client Experience product team. In this high-impact role you will lead the vision strategy and roadmap for our CRM and Growth Marketing capabilities driving deeper engagement with our clients through personalized communication retention journeys marketing acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
As a Product Manager youll operate at the intersection of Marketing Data Science and Engineering to elevate our CRM and broader MarTech platforms into best-in-class systems that scale with our business. Youll ensure were leveraging the right channels at the right moments with the right messages to deepen our relationships with millions of clientswhile also managing system performance governance and vendor partnerships.
Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary benefits and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someones compensationincluding a candidates professional background experience location and position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
