The Opportunity

Are you passionate about innovative IT solutions and technological challenges We are looking for a Technical ServiceNow Specialist to contribute to a strategic transformation program.

In this role you will play a key part in evolving our ServiceNow instance into a DevOps-compliant environment. You will also focus on enhancing our CMDB ensuring a high level of integration and automation. Your work will simplify and accelerate ITSM processes boosting the efficiency of our teams and the quality of our services.

You spent at least 5 years implementing ServiceNow integrations and administering ServiceNow platform.

You have built an ability to understand various functional contexts in the field of IT Service Management and manage Servicenow Production Platform with a wide perspective and strong technical expertise.

You have relevant experience in architecture solution design managing functional aspects and requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Documents the overall platform design and helps to analyze the impact of new requirements
  • Ensures platform alignment with the business strategy and keep the platform as close as possible to Out Of the BoX provides technical expertise to the platform Engineering team.
  • Resolve technical escalations including responding to defects.
  • Identify bottleneck impediments matter for improvement and come up with a proposal on mitigation plan / corrective action.
  • Participate in workshops. And contribute to the Build and Run of the platform
  • Focuses namely on a coherent platform Integration eco-system and landscape.
  • Identify the opportunity of any new product add-on services
  • Measure the impact of the required functionality on the existing data & processes.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service Owners and other technology teams to design integrations.
  • Rely on your experience in integrating ServiceNow using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Mastery of CMDB classes and dependency relationships CSDM data governance to maintain an reliable CMDB.
  • Be responsible for leading the technical development team in Romania.
  • Provide mentorship and lead Technical/support Admins in the dpt.

Who Are We Looking For

  • ServiceNow Administration: Configuration and maintenance of the platform managing users groups roles and permissions.
  • ServiceNow Development: Experience with JavaScript Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • ITSM Management: Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident Problem Change Request Management) and their implementation.
  • Workflows and Automation: Designing and implementing workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
  • CMDB and Configuration Management: In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB CSDM and best practices for managing CI relationships.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Creating reports KPIs and dashboards for ITSM process monitoring.
  • ServiceNow Integrations: Experience with third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs MID Server and other connectors.
  • ServiceNow CSM : Manage external customer portals
  • Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and improve ITSM processes by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing ServiceNow enhancements and deployments.
  • Documentation and Training: Writing user guides technical documentation and conducting training sessions for users and administrators
  • ITIL v4
  • You have Servicenow Certifications among ServiceNow System Administrator ServiceNow Platform Implementation ServiceNow IT Service Management (Fundamental / Implementation)
  • Servicenow scope : Servicenow ITSM pro CSDM/CMDB CSM ITOM Integration Hub DevOps change Platform Analytics
