Join our team as Commercial Data Analytics Manager
Become a part of our experienced team in Poland and take ownership of turning complex commercial data into meaningful insights. As our new Commercial Data Analytics Manager you will be responsible for developing advanced analytical solutions supporting strategic initiatives and helping commercial teams make smarter data-driven decisions across diverse markets.

What tasks are waiting for you
Designing building and maintaining interactive dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI.
Conducting deepdive analyses on commercial performance customer behavior and market trends to provide actionable insights.
Managing and transforming large datasets using tools such as Azure Databricks SQL.
Collaborating with commercial finance and IT teams to align on KPIs reporting needs and data availability.
Translating business questions into analytical solutions and clear visual storytelling.
Leading and supporting endtoend data analytics projects from scoping and data preparation to insight generation and stakeholder presentation.
Continuously improving data models reporting efficiency and analytical frameworks.

Have 4 years of professional experience in data analytics business intelligence or a similar field.
Haveuniversity degree in Data Science Business Analytics Economics Statistics or a related area.
Posses strong handson experience with Power BI Azure Databricks and SQL.
Are familiarwith CRM and ERP.
Have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables complex formulas data modeling).
Have strong analytical mindset and ability to draw conclusions from complex data.
Presents excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
Communicate effortlesllyin English (spoken and written).
Are proactive and have detailoriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
