The Opportunity
Were building the future of paymentsfaster safer and smarterand were looking for a Technical operations Portal & Freshdesk officer to help lead the way. Our team is a group of skilled professionals and innovators on a mission to power seamless secure transactions at scale. In this role youll shape systems ensure compliance and guide the evolution of critical payment infrastructure. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop improvement initiatives
- Review analyze and provide solutions in Technical and transaction-related Customer complaints
- You build proposes on technical enhacments for services and products to stay current and relevant to customer needs
- You run support for 2nd level Technical Customer issues
- Lead the day to day operations of the products services and platforms to ensure issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner to meet obligations
- Coordinate and monitor technical training & alignment of vendor staff
Who Are We Looking For

- You can learn quickly take initiative and break down problems
- Youve got substantial knowledge of basic databases from your studies or early work experience
- Ability to communicate clearly ask the right questions and collaborate well with both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Motivation and passion for learning about the payments industry and how technology drives secure financial transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail with a curious mindset and willingness to take feedback and grow from it.
- You master the basics of system architecture APIs and you are eager to deepen your technical skills.
- 12 years working in a tech-related role or internship.
