Key Account Manager (60659)

Working as aKey Account Manager for InproSeal a Dover company you will be responsible for increasing penetration in existing accounts as well as identification of new markets and customers for our range of custom engineered bearing protection and shaft sealing solutions that have their applications within industrial rotating equipment. You will be adept at interfacing with customers at multiple levels (technical commercial and management) delivering the value propositions of an engineered solution. The ideal candidate must be a result driven sales professional with a record of achievement who is able to demonstrate initiative and ownership of business goals.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• A minimum of three (3) years experience in sales of highly engineering products required

• Experienced in sales of products or services for rotating equipment and turbomachinery applications such as pumps compressors turbines or reciprocating compressor components
• Ability to travel regularly internationally within Europe is required
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long term customer relationships which culminate in the goal of reaching Trusted Advisor status
• Must be a confident and technically astute self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with the ability to manage a consultative sales process.

• Experience in an environment of continuous improvement that includes the use of tools such as process analysis Kaizen and Lean techniques

• Demonstrated ability to inspire and develop collaboration amongst cross-functional teams

What You Will Do

• Develop broad and deep relationships with customers management procurement and engineering staffs to advance the companys value proposition and share of wallet
• Move customer relationships forward to increase engagement across the organisation
• Move to position as value provider rather than commodity supplier and where appropriate drive to achieve Trusted Advisor status
• Understand and align to the market drivers and strategy of major customers while also providing feedback to the management team that will help inform the company strategies for growth
• Provide regular and insightful customer and market feedback to the management team for business and market planning
• Ensure the company is first positioned to capture new design opportunities
• Oversee the development of conceptual solutions by the engineering team and lead the presentation of proposals to customer personnel.
• Maintain an understanding of competitive landscape and position and implement the appropriate pricing strategies
• Regularly acquire and submit forecasting information based on customer business indicators and planning

Work Arrangement :Remote

Salary Range : 55000.00 - 70000.00
