PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY TEAM MEMBER 1st SHIFT
LOUISVILLE KY LOUISVILLE PLANT
The Production Assembly Team Member is part of the Production department and reports to the Production Coach.
The Role:
Your work will include but not be limited to:
- Work as a team member on a production line adding various components to the seat assembly
- Ensure Safety & Quality standards are followed at all times
- Contribute fully to continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to 5S and World Class Housekeeping standards
- Help to achieve team performance goals and objectives
- Identify and record any problems related to the product process and quality system
- Initiate recommend or provide solutions through designated channels
- Frequently required to stand walk sit and reach with hands & arms
- Repetitive gripping and dexterous use of hands
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
