Join our Human Resources Operations Team and play a pivotal role in addressing and resolving employee relations issues.
The Human Resources Operations Team is responsible for providing professional HR advice and expertise to managers and Headteachers to resolve employee relations issues in schools using a proactive approach interpreting employment law and internal policies procedures and guidance to the best advantage of the school and/or council with the aim of reducing timescales for the decision making of case resolution.
This HR Case Adviser role will be the first point of contact for senior members of school leadership will be supporting the Schools Senior HR Case Advisorsto provide comprehensive support and advice on a broad spectrum of employment-related law matters from absence management and safer recruitment advice to discipline grievance and work performance. There will be plenty of variety and responsibility so this is an excellent opportunity for a CIPD part qualified professional or an individual holding; equivalent experience with a calm and methodical approach and proven ability to manage a varied and busy workload.
