Are you a results-driven finance professional with a passion for customer satisfaction and automotive sales Were looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at our thriving new car dealership!
Position: Finance Manager
Location: Volvo Cars Danbury
Type: Full-Time
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive finance management.
- Strong background in customer satisfaction F&I product sales and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to close deals and drive revenue.
- Expert knowledge of lender guidelines extended warranties GAP insurance and other F&I products.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and e-contracting platforms.
- High ethical standards attention to detail and a commitment to transparency and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure financing and leasing for customers through a wide network of lenders.
- Present and sell finance and insurance products in a professional compliant manner.
- Maintain excellent CSI scores through responsive respectful customer service.
- Work closely with the sales department to maximize profit while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay current with all applicable laws and regulations affecting F&I operations.
