Whats the Opportunity
Were looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our Data Science team. Your primary focus will be to develop and enhance analytics tools that directly impact our strategic decisions around customer retention sales strategies and customer support interventions. This is a unique opportunity to apply your advanced analytical expertise to internal products that shape the success of our business.
You Will:
Innovate Internally Develop advanced analytics solutions including machine learning models to drive smarter internal business strategies.
Operational Excellence Build and maintain robust machine learning pipelines enabling continuous integration and delivery for internal analytics.
Experiment & Validate Lead experimentation (e.g. A/B testing uplift modeling) to validate hypotheses and continuously refine insights.
Visualize Insights Deliver clear and impactful reports and visualizations to help internal stakeholders understand and act on data-driven insights.
Data Integrity Ensure data accuracy and completeness through meticulous cleaning and preprocessing.
Continuous Learning Stay ahead by keeping current with the latest data science trends tools and best practices.
You Have:
2 years of exceptional experience as a Data Scientist ideally with expertise in uplift modeling or similar techniques.
A proactive high-agency mindset: You drive outcomes and comfortably navigate ambiguity.
A scientific approach: You naturally formulate test and refine hypotheses particularly related to customer behavior.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of clearly translating complex technical concepts for non-technical internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in SQL Python or R and visualization tools such as Power BI.
Bonus points for:
Prior hands-on experience applying advanced analytics to customer retention sales strategy optimization or customer support.
