We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure the accurate and compliant processing of payroll for our U.S. employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing payroll for US employees across multiple states and jurisdictions.
- Review audit and balance timecards and payroll-related input to ensure compliance with FLSA and state employment and tax regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of streamlined payroll processes and best practices.
- Participate in payroll system changes user acceptance testing and validation processes.
- Manage and respond to employee payroll-related inquiries with a focus on exceptional service.
- Monitor employee timecards and deductions for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist the Payroll Manager in updating payroll procedures training materials and delivering training sessions (virtual and in-person).
- Conduct monthly quarterly and annual payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Adhere to all policies procedures and instructions as defined in our Quality Management System (QMS) Employee Handbook Health and Safety manual or any other instruction issued by the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree (A.A.) strongly preferred or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in payroll processing using an automated HRIS and payroll system.
- Experience in a mid-to-large multi-state manufacturing company preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FLSA Wage & Hour regulations payroll taxes garnishments and 401(k)/Section 125 Cafeteria Plans.
- Advanced skills in ADP Workforce Now Essential Time & Attendance and ADP Analytics & Reporting.
- Experience with Oracle HCM strongly preffered.
- Experience with payroll automation projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables etc.) and MS Office Suite required.
- PHR Certification preferred.
- Exceptional work ethic with a high degree of confidentiality; along with commitment to high data integrity and data privacy practices
