As a Park Resource Ranger you will be responsible for preparing and delivering informative presentations to park visitors and various groups focusing on topics related to the parks facilities features programs and operational aspects. You will be tasked with patrolling the parks grounds boundaries and facilities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations as well as managing traffic flow on roads trails and in parking areas. Work also involves administering first aid to injured park visitors and providing support for search and rescue missions. You will have the opportunity to inspect buildings and park structures for cleanliness serviceability and safety hazards. Additional responsibilities include a variety of duties such as registering visitors collecting funds and issuing receipts resolving conflicts within the park and preparing daily ranger reports.
