Family Connections is an approach developed and tested over more than 25 years in the USA. Family Connections is grounded in prevention and intervention sciences with a focus on supporting families too reduce risk factors and increase protective factors in the family environment.
We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedFamily Support & Advocacy Practitionerto work as part of the Family Connection team providing a strength based systems-oriented approach offering in-home tailored family support approach.
This role is pivotal in supporting families experiencing severe disadvantage complex challenges and a high risk of escalating child protection involvement. You will contribute to a clinical trial delivering an adapted Family Connections USA model.
This is a Fixed-Term full time employment opportunity with conditions and salary at Level 4/5 of the SCHADS Award based on experience until30/06/2026.
