Job Description

Will work during the summer to assure the fields are only used by organizations that have the authorization to utilize the facility as well as maintain/keep the property and assist rental organizations.*Continuously monitor all athletic fields/athletic complexes; including bathrooms throughout the shift*Enforce all field rules with rental groups: Ex: no smoking no dogs no seeds no metal spikes etc*Unlock/lock gates*Clean and fill toiletries*Empty trash barrels*Complete general maintenance of the fields: cleaning debris hanging/repairing windscreens blowing leaves weed whacking etc*Assist team(s) in cleaning the facility before exiting the field including raking the mound putting a tarp on the pitchers mound picking up trash/water bottles putting benches/goals back in the proper location etc*Clean miscellaneous debris on fields/around the athletic complex *Assure only rental groups with permits are on the field*Help rental groups with miscellaneous concerns - lights on/off needed supplies etc*Clean/sweep dugouts*Move equipment when needed for rental group*Any other duties as required by the Athletic Director* Notify the Athletic Director/Superintendent when safety officials are on school property for issue-police/fire/ambulance* Work with Facilities Director when repairs are needed on the fields or field facilities.
