Our projects are diverse focusing on integrative design that promotes green spaces biodiversity and community engagement.

Working collaboratively with fellow first line managers in leadership team within Transportation Water and Environment your primary responsibility will be to inspire develop and support your team of professionals based in Malm and Skvde with additional resource management responsibilities involving colleagues in Lithuania. While our operations are primarily digital and remote some travel between offices and project sites will be necessary for consultations and client meetings.

Your key activities will include:

• execute on the department action plan and the strategy within your discipline
• provide technical project leadership on projects e.g. act as discipline lead / senior specialist in projects
• day-to-day people management recruitment and onboarding initiatives to foster talent within your team
• lead/support project teams for the undertaking of projects
• manage short-term staffing needs and contribute to strategic long-term workforce planning
• setting clear goals and provide the framework for performance evaluation and individual growth
• engaging actively with clients driving market sales activities and facilitating strategic development

In addition to your strong leadership skills you will possess:

• a relevant academic background such as an MSc. or BSc. in Landscape Architecture Landscape Engineer Urban Planning or similar disciplines
• relevant work experience aligned with the responsibilities outlined above
• professional proficiency in Swedish and English
