Were looking for a compassionate motivated and well-organised Administration Support Assistant to join our dedicated Clinical Admin Team. In this fixed-term role youll play a key part in helping ensure the smooth running of our clinical servicesenabling our doctors nurses and therapists to focus on delivering outstanding care for people with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
What Youll Be Doing:
As Clinical Administration Support youll be joining a warm collaborative team of Clinical Administrators who play a vital role in the smooth running of our hospice services. The Clinical Admin Team is the backbone of day-to-day operations ensuring our clinical staff are supported with efficient compassionate and accurate administration. Working closely with nurses doctors and allied health professionals youll help ensure they have everything they need to deliver exceptional care to patients and families.
The work is fast-paced and variedbut youre never on your own. Youll be part of a close-knit team that values communication mutual support and a shared commitment to Ashgate Hospices mission: to provide educate and campaign for excellent palliative and end-of-life care and bereavement support.

About Ashgate:
Ashgate Hospice based in North Derbyshire offers free palliative and end of life care for adults with life-limiting or incurable illnesses including cancer neurological diseases and advanced heart kidney and lung conditions. Last year we cared for over 2400 people. Our aim is to support our patients by keeping them informed managing their symptoms and improving their quality of life from diagnosis onwards.
We also provide vital support to the people who are important to them offering practical assistance and emotional support including bereavement services.
