About the role
You act as a strategic and operational HR business partner to the senior business stakeholders that you support as well as your leadership team(s) within the Patient Impact Germany organization. You provide distinct strategy enabling talent organization and cultural initiatives to be lived by everyone for the ultimate benefit of the patient. In this role youll furthermore act as strategic influencer therefore understanding the business its imperatives and priorities. You are accountable for the execution of all talent processes within this business partner organization through executing yourself or through partnering with other teams.
Who youll work with
You will collaborate closely with business partners across Germany. Additionally you will partner with the Talent Operations Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development colleagues to ensure an integrated and seamless HR approach.
