Make your mark for patients
We are looking for anInsights Leadwho isstrategic analytical and collaborativeto join us in ourInsights-to-Impact (I2I) R&Dteam based in ourHQinBrussels Belgium.
About the role
You will be working in a team that acts as an independent advisor to the R&D teams providing insights performance analysis and resource reallocation challenges while performing business planning. You will support the development and evaluation of commercial opportunities for assets at various stages from early pipeline to late stage including launched assets still undergoing clinical developments for lifecycle management.
Who youll work with
You will collaborate with colleagues in the Patient Solutions and Patient Evidence domain across the UCB R&D Portfolio delivering fact-based strategic insights and helping decision-making on asset opportunities. You will develop strong synergistic relationships within the I2I functions and respective business partners effectively navigating all levels of the organization.
What youll do
- Partner with R&D stakeholders to define key questions and deliver data-driven insights
- Develop commercial and clinical development benchmarks using external and internal data
- Provide market insights to identify and evaluate new opportunities
- Validate opportunities by reviewing analyst publications and gathering external consensus
- Assess operational feasibility and complexity of clinical development programs
- Engage with stakeholders to convert insights into impact
Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills
- Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred both in relevant scientific fields
- Min. 6 years of experience in Strategic Insights Competitive Intelligence or related fields
- Pharma experience required; experience with UCBs therapeutic areas is a plus
- Experience in pharmaceutical portfolio or strategy teams or strategy consulting is a plus
- Strong analytical power and business acumen to derive advanced insights
- Ability to think strategically and holistically connecting various insight sources
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high quality and tight deadlines
