Are you an ambitious student eager to turn data into actionable insights Do you enjoy working with surveys analysis and reporting to help ensure the customers voice is heard Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in an international retail company present in 29 countries Then this could be your opportunity to join JYSK as a Customer Insights Intern at our Head Office in Aarhus.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
As a Customer Insights Intern you will support the collection analysis and communication of customer data across all JYSK markets. You will take on a primary project that contributes directly to strategic decision-making and gives you insight into how we put the customer at the centre of our business.
You will become part of the newly established Customer Experience team a small ambitious team working to elevate customer understanding and drive positive change throughout the organisation.

WHAT YOUR INTERNSHIP WILL BE ABOUT
You will be primarily involved in JYSKs global Brand Tracker Survey. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and analysing data for all JYSK markets using Excel and the partner agencys platform
- Making PowerPoint presentations for every market pointing out the development versus previous years and new learnings
- Helping stakeholders to understand the survey and the results
- Working with the partner agency
In addition you will support other ad hoc projects within the team offering you a broader perspective on customer insights in an international retail setting.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for an Intern who:
- Is currently studying Business Administration International Business Business Intelligence Marketing Strategy Innovation Management or a related subject
- Has strong analytical capabilities and enjoys turning data into compelling insights
- Is curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience using Excel and PowerPoint
- Communicates fluently in English both written and spoken
