Your New Role!

Murdoch brand through engagement development and support for our exceptional executives academics and researchers. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by shaping the universitys future and contributing to the success of our community.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Leadership Programs: Support leadership development initiatives to nurture the growth of our leaders.
  • Strategic HR Advice: Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning job design recruitment and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters conflict resolution and advocate for staff concerns.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes that drive excellence and growth.

What We Offer You!

This Fixed Term (1 Year) Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of HEW0809 $109K $132K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
