We have two full-time opportunities available:
- 1x Permanent Role
- 1x Fixed-Term 12-Month Contract (with potential for extension or permanent employment)

Your Role
As an Electrical & Instrument Engineer you will:
- Design and specify instruments for pressure flow level and temperature measurement including datasheets and loop diagrams.
- Specify and design on/off and control valves including valve sizing and actuator selection.
- Select control system hardware design system architecture and develop functional specifications.
- Design fire and gas detection systems and contribute to LOPA HAZOP and CHAZOP assessments.
- Perform hazardous area classification and relevant calculations (Ex i e).
- Participate in FAT SAT and commissioning activities.
What were looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering (recognised by Engineers Australia).
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status (or substantial progress towards obtaining it).
- Strong technical expertise in Instrument & Control Engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software for detailed design tasks.
- Solid knowledge of Australian Standards codes and regulatory requirements relevant to Instrument & Control Engineering.
