Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Tuesday Saturday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Ontario Time)
Weekly Hours: 40 hours


Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with all rental inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.

  • Identify customers with existing rentals and contact them about extending their rental periods.

  • Meet monthly targets for qualified opportunities pipeline attribution and closed deals.

  • Coordinate with suppliers on behalf of customers experiencing breakdowns service issues or delivery delays.

  • Address general inquiries via remote or phone-based support.

  • Provide calm and reassuring assistance to customers in need of support and resolution.

  • Manage and prioritize issues ranging from critical to minor.



Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to empathize with customers and offer calming effective support.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in customer service software and related tools.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic fast-paced work setting.
