Job Description
Manage Windows OS (7-10) Active Directory and Group Policies
Support Office 365 antivirus and encryption solutions
Troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues
Administer mobile devices (iOS/Android) via MDM
Provide helpdesk support via ticketing system
Be available for occasional after-hours support
Location : Europark Fichtenhain B 13; 47807 Krefeld Germany
Requirements
Degree in IT or equivalent experience
CompTIA A or MCP certification preferred
Hands-on experience with AD GPOs and Office 365
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Cloud experience (Azure Intune)
Network basics (TCP/IP VPN)
Candidates must able to onbain a legal working permit or citizen of Germany
