THE ROLE:
FloSports is currently looking for a part-time Client Success Specialist to join our Sports Management Software team to assist in serving our partnerships across our software products. Our Sports Management Software team is dedicated to furthering our vision of becoming the essential destination for our sports through providing market leading software in our sports. They provide event operators the ability to seamlessly run their event with fully integrated solutions including registration and online entry fee collection event management and live results. The Client Success Specialists assist our day-to-day sports lead(s) with our software partners ensuring success for our largest partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with serving our software partnerships including but not limited to state associations
coaches associations and timing/event management companies.
Assist with setup of season management.
Assist with post season advancement for state partnerships.
Aid in day-to-day contact and assist partners as needed with tasks such as schedule
creation and troubleshooting.
Resolve software support tickets in a timely manner and serve as a liaison to our customer
success team.
Assist in creation of customer product documentation and knowledge base for our software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
High level knowledge of Track & Field Wrestling and/or Hockey preferred
You love problem solving creating efficiencies and improving processes
Self-starter with excellent planning time management and organization skills.
Detail-oriented reliable and in possession of a strong work ethic.
Ability to quickly navigate and search the internet
Adaptable to change
Strong communication skills
Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced team environment desired
Bachelors degree in any discipline
