Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Commercial Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts ensuring excellent service and developing new business opportunities. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding their insurance needs
- Evaluate clients insurance requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms and coverage
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development
- Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Previous independent agency experience is required
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license required
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $80K-$120K (based on experience)
