Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and creative Technology Communications & Change Designer to join our remote team. In this role you will design and deliver effective communication and change management strategies to support technology initiatives. Youll work closely with IT project managers and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies by crafting clear engaging messaging and change materials tailored to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication plans and change management strategies for technology projects
Design engaging content such as emails presentations FAQs videos and intranet resources to support technology adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology impacts and user needs
Facilitate workshops webinars and training sessions to prepare employees for technology changes
Monitor feedback and adoption metrics to adjust communication and change tactics as needed
Ensure all materials align with organizational goals and brand standards
Qualifications:
Experience in technology communications change management or organizational development
Strong writing storytelling and design skills for digital and print materials
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR)
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
