What Youll Tackle:
As a Manufacturing Engineer your core focus will be on optimizing and scaling production through lean practices and strategic innovation. Youll work closely with teams across operations R&D and quality to drive process improvements and support new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline manufacturing processes using lean engineering tools and principles

  • Champion quality and efficiency through ongoing continuous improvement projects

  • Provide hands-on support for high-volume production systems

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and introduce new technologies into manufacturing

  • Write and execute validation protocols for new or upgraded production equipment

  • Support justification and planning for new capital investments

  • Play a lead role in establishing new production sites and expanding greenfield operations

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A degree in Mechanical Industrial or a related engineering discipline

  • Working knowledge of lean methodologies and process optimization

  • Experience supporting or managing large-scale high-volume production

  • Past involvement in greenfield site development is a big plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments

  • Familiarity with tools such as SOLIDWORKS Minitab or equivalent platforms

  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma PMP or CAPM are beneficial
