Job Description
A state of the art automotive facility in Winston-Salem is searching for an ASE Certified Automotive technician.
The shop offers full benefits health care vision and 401k.
The shop is part of a broader network with more than 200 locations across the nation that focuses on exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience with working on European vehicles is preferred.
- L1 certification is preferred.
- Advanced Engine Performance Specialist experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
- 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Efficiently navigate a computer
Responsibilities
- Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety cleanliness and organization
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
- Work together with other Technicians to solve problems meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicles needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
