Position Overview:
As a Hotel General Manager you will play a key role in supporting the Country Operations Manager with the daily hotel operations ensuring everything runs smoothly with a strong focus on Front Office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operational departments including coordination with Heads of Department (HODs).
- Achieve operational goals and meet budgetary targets.
- Implement and maintain brand standards across all hotel departments.
- Supervise internal sales and reservations to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate VIP guest experiences and special events with attention to detail.
- Foster a guest-centric culture by developing and motivating a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular operational and HOD meetings to align on strategic objectives and business performance.
What Were Looking For:
- Solid experience in a similar role within a 4-star property.
- Degree in Hotel Management Tourism or Business (preferred).
- Fluency in English and Spanish both spoken and written.
- Strong budgeting and financial planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with both guests and team members.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead teams to exceed guest expectations.
