The aim to evaluate the best environment for growing the business in a way that benefits its customers employees and other stakeholders.
Do you want to be a part of this transformation and be a leading partner to take KDB into next level. We are now looking for a Branch Manager to the KDB with location in Kista or according to agreement.
As a Branch Manager you will be an important addition to the KDB Leadership team in Nordics reporting to Nordics Managing Director and have the important role to lead and coach the team of Supervisors and salespersons to reach the business targets and objectives. You will be responsible for implementing approved strategies achieving budget targets and executing business development programs within your region where you will have full P&L responsibility. Furthermore you will be driving the specific business change initiatives ensuring business benefit realization promoting customer centricity and our digital transformation. KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
We believe you are a seasoned leader with the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity. A peoples leader who identifies and breaks down barriers to open communication. You encourage team members to share and implement their ideas and understand the value of cooperation between functions. We also think you have the ability to take on customers perspective and to see the importance of focusing on those activities which are critical to customer satisfaction. Since you will be supporting in management of Key Customer Relationship your experience within Customer relationship management will be appreciated.
You are a visionary who can inspire the organization to take on KDBs transformation and you also understand the basics of operations management and can ensure that our results stay on track month-to-month.
For you it is important to keep yourself up-to-date on current developments in the industry and to always seek opportunities for improvement.
Safety comes first at KDB; therefore it is important making sure that safety and business process are regularly audited. In this role you will continually identify any needed corrective actions and get them implemented. The Branch Manager is accountable for safety of employees and end-users.
