At CLV Group our Leasing Coordinators are more than just the first point of contactthey are the welcoming voice and trusted guide for prospective residents beginning their journey with us. As a key member of our leasing team you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional first impression of our communities and ensuring a smooth responsive and high-quality leasing experience from inquiry to move-in.
This full-time permanent role is a dynamic blend of sales and customer service. It requires a confident highly organized and people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role is driven by the ability to support future residents with the leasing process quickly and confidently with warmth professionalism and creativity in every interactiongenuinely helping others find a place to call home.
In addition to the duties typically expected of a professional in a leasing coordinator role you will be responsible for:
Lead Management & Resident Engagement
Leasing Process Coordination
Marketing & Community Engagement
Administrative & Operational Support
Most importantly we are a small yet mighty team. This is a roll up your sleeves help where you are needed kind of role. This role is based in our offices five days a week giving you the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues learn from experienced professionals and grow in a highly engaged team environment.
