Qualifications

Youre the missing piece of the puzzle

• You are bilingual (English and French) both written and verbal

• Youre known for your ability to listen question analyze and communicate clearly and simply.

• You excel at understanding and evaluating hiring managers and candidates needs and can set clear expectations.

• You have a strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.

• Youre results-oriented and capable of working in a time-sensitive environment.

• You can proactively identify problems and opportunities analyze facts and data and develop and implement creative solutions.

• You know how to tackle difficult situations and use your influencing and negotiating skills with stakeholders including senior executives.

• With exceptional organizational skills you demonstrate resilience and can adapt in a constantly evolving environment.

• You collaborate with others and foster their engagement support your colleagues and readily highlight their achievements.

• Youre social media savvy and know how to leverage platforms to their full potential to attract the best talent.

• You have 3 to 5 years of corporate recruitment experience

• You have a bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
