Business Development Associate
Paul Davis Restoration Lynchburg VA (serving Lynchburg Roanoke and surrounding areas)
Full-time 40 hours/week
Paul Davis Restoration provides professional emergency restoration services for residential and commercial properties. We handle disasters of all sizeswater flood fire and mold damage. Founded in 1966 Paul Davis has grown to over 370 independently owned franchises across the U.S. and Canada. With continued growth we are projected to become a $2 billion company within five years.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients (B2B cold calling events)
- Plan and execute a schedule of regular client visits
- Represent the Paul Davis brand in alignment with company standards
- Use CRM tools (e.g. Luxor) to manage contacts track sales calls leads and campaigns
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Marketing Manager
- Attend networking functions to promote our services
- Coordinate and participate in community and charitable events
- Research local trade shows and manage booth setup and logistics
- Attend company training and annual conferences
- Perform additional marketing-related duties as needed
- Degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or related field
- 2 years of customer engagement marketing or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated energetic and organized
- Experience in restoration construction home improvement insurance or franchising is a plus
