Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager based in the Boston MA area. This is an outside sales position which boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management with a focus on our HCP vertical which works with partners across Health & Medical centers Colleges & Universities Professional Sports Clubs & Associations and Corporate clubs/
In this role as a Technogym field salesperson you should be hungry highly professional industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new accountsmanage a large portfolio of products services and solutions and oversee sales. This position will require daily local travel to our business partners throughout the greater Boston metro area and reports directly to the Sales Area Manager.

Your Impact
- Ensure that local sales profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
- Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Generate leads profile customers plan activities and update the CRM
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
- Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
- Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
About You
What you should bring:
- At least 3 years sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
- Degree in Business Administration Sales or a relevant field
- Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
- Result-driven approach
- Excellent listening communications and presentation abilities
- Ability to travel locally 75% of the time overnight as needed 25%
- Access to a personal vehicle
- Valid US Drivers License
