Job Description
Position: Video Editor
First Care Medical is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Video Editor you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos for our companys marketing and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage to create engaging and professional videos for various platforms including social media website and television
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards for videos
- Select and incorporate music sound effects and graphics to enhance the overall quality of the videos
- Ensure all videos adhere to the companys brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
- Review and make necessary adjustments to videos based on feedback from stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new editing techniques to continuously improve the quality of our videos
- Manage and organize video files and maintain an organized library of footage and assets
- Work closely with the production team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in film media studies or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or Avid Media Composer
- Strong understanding of video production and post-production processes
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio of previous video editing work is required
