Compensation: Starting at $54000 annually (based on experience) monthly commissions quarterlybonuses

As our Leasing Manager you wont be walking into an existing property; youll be leading the charge to fill an entirely new community with energy connection and purpose.

- Lease lease lease Youll drive pre-leasing efforts and keep that momentum strong through grand opening and stabilization
- Execute and refine marketing strategies with precisionsocial media email campaigns outreach events and beyond
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families understanding what matters most in a 55 community
- Track traffic conversions and outreach effectiveness to continuously improve leasing performance
- Partner with the Property Manager and corporate team to deliver a consistent and on-brand message across all platforms
- Lead and inspire your leasing team as the community grows
- A seasoned leasing pro with at least 3 years of leasing experience including at least 1 year in a lease-up environment
- Marketing-savvy with a passion for storytelling brand-building and connecting with the 55 audience
- A goal-oriented self-starter who thrives on deadlines and knows how to fill a property with qualified residents fast
- Experience with CRM tools like Entrata and digital marketing platforms is a strong plus
- Empathy patience and warmththis is a community designed for connection and youll set the tone
