About the Role

Our People & Culture team is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Manager - People Career Experience to join our vast community of solvers. The People & Culture team brings our purpose to life by delivering a great employee experience across our firm. Our team creates an environment for our people to thrive and helps our business to deliver sustained outcomes. We deliver exceptional employee experiences blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results.

In this role you will help solve complex problems by using your skills to:

  • Design the end to end strategy for our career experience offering at PwC AU aligned to the Global career model so as to positively enhance and amplify our people value proposition

  • Specifically as a priority develop the strategy to implement agile promotions across the firm including governance process technology and engagement partnering with other teams in PwC to enable. Design and delivery change management comms and engagement practices to support the shift to agile promotions

  • Conduct agile promotion processes in line with LoS and EF business needs timings and principles partnering with other teams in PwC to enable

  • Elevate the governance rigour and understanding of our BU grade expectations across PwC AU including the adoption of skills-led elements to help enable higher quality What conversations in performance assessments and to support career readiness clarity for promotions

  • Build out clear Career Pathways for movements between career grades focusing in on clarity of value proposition for each grade

  • With a dedicated direct report establish best in class governance and maintenance processes for our Job Architecture aligned to the Global Job Architecture framework so that it can support our people lifecycle events

  • Automation AI and technology experience

  • Outstanding people leadership skills ability to coach engage and develop a team leading through complexity and ambiguity

  • Exceptional stakeholder management ability to consult and collaborate with stakeholders to effect change and outcomes

  • Professional Services experience and working in a partnership - highly desirable

  • Workday experience desirable

In our People and Culture team your impact will be seen by:

  • Deliver the strategy for career experience with continuous enhancements for team members

  • Design and deliver agile promotions across the firm

  • Ensure governance and rigour is brought to our Job Architecture practices

  • Partnering with our Lines of Service to help them solve some of their biggest challenges in relation to people talent and career

  • Creating a great people experience for our people so they can Grow Here Go Further
