What You Will Be Doing

• Provide a warm & friendly welcome to all guests in a professional manner.
• Be fully knowledgeable with the facilities services and special promotions offered by the hotel and pass this information on to guests whenever possible to maximize hotel sales.
• Able to operate the hotel PMS and assist reception at peak times with check-in and check-out and other reception related task.
• Be a lobby host which includes pro-actively engaging with guests trying to anticipate their needs breaking reception queues and managing the flow of guests in the hotel public areas.

• Passion to deliver excellent service
• Confidence talking to guests in a professional manner
• Previous experience preferable
• Good Knowledge of London to pass on to our guests
