Job Overview
L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Electrical Associate to join our team.
Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
On-site full time role in Reading PA
Completing assigned tasks daily
Maintain UL Logbook
Installing LEDs into sign boxes
Understanding blueprints and LED layout specifications
Knowledge of controls and DMX (and similar) power supplies
Basic sign assembly
Safety and workplace organization
Other duties as required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Industry experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Sign industry experience a plus but not required
- General construction and electrical knowledge
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Minimum 2 years of electrical experience preferred
- Must provide own tools
- Requires strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail
- Ability to work independently to successfully complete work assignments
- Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed.
