Job Description
Production Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components by carefully picking placing screwing and inserting materials
- Test electronic components with precision and care ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Receive materials from the warehouse perform sorting and kitting to efficiently feed the production line.
- Maintain a focus on safe work practices while performing duties efficiently and with urgency.
- Work independently or collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.
- Maintain and implement 5S standards in the production area to ensure a clean organized and efficient workspace
- Perform tasks that require standing and walking for long periods and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to accurately see and handle small components.
- Additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience in the electronics or computer industry
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic able to contribute to a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to flexible work hours and meet production demands.
- A detail-oriented and cautious individual capable of handling high-value materials in large quantities.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in server assembly
Server hardware components (MB DIMM CPU GPU PDB etc.)
Able to use torque tools screwdrivers ESD protection equipment
Experience with cable routing bracket installation and system-level build
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
