Your Role:
As a key supervisor transform a 12:00am - 8:30am shift into a beacon of efficiency by steering operations championing team engagement and maximizing output. Cultivate connections and foster decision-making synergy within your unit guided by the overarching principles of safety and quality. Youll report directly to our Unit Manager while playing a collaborative role with production leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shift activities to enhance productivity while curbing costs.
- Guide a team of 40-65 employees collaborating with schedulers to hit targets.
- Handle supervisory endeavors including recruitment task assignment and performance evaluation.
- Safeguard daily data accuracy and fuel Quality projects aligned with plant goals.
- Synchronize daily demand fulfillment with the Scheduler.
- Drive work organization within protocol adherence.
Training Essentials:
- Comprehensive education in SAP systems maintenance and standard Microsoft Office applications.
Your Background:
- High school diploma essential; a BA/BS preferably in business or engineering with over two years in manufacturing shines.
- Supervisory history is valued.
- Communicate effectively and navigate team dynamics expertly.
- Proof of problem-solving prowess using analytical tools is an asset.
- Experience with SAP systems and an understanding of GMP principles drive success.
- Meet physical requirements and safety standards in line with the ADA and FMLA.
