About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Controller to join our DACH Finance team on a 12-month maternity cover. In this supportive role youll assist the Senior Controllers and Finance Director with key finance tasks including reporting budgeting and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and cost center planning
- Prepare structured financial data and documentation for reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate inputs
- Help maintain data accuracy and support process improvements
- Assist with financial system rollouts and ad hoc finance projects
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or similar
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with large data sets
- Detail-oriented organized and reliable
- Excellent communication in English and German
- A team player with a proactive hands-on approach
