We are seeking a friendly well-presented and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors clients and staff. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills a customer-centric attitude and basic administrative knowledge.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer screen and forward incoming calls efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle daily front desk operations including visitor logs and call registers
Coordinate appointments and manage meeting room schedules
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Support basic administrative tasks like data entry photocopying and filing
Assist HR/management with coordinating walk-in interviews or client visits
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation is an added advantage
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office Word Excel Outlook)
Fluency in English and Tamil (both verbal and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Polite presentable and professional appearance
Multitasking and time-management abilities
Basic administrative and clerical skills
Positive attitude and customer service orientation
