We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our HR/Recruitment consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients explaining our services handling inquiries and generating interest in our offerings. This role demands excellent communication skills patience and a customer-centric attitude.
Make outbound calls to prospective job seekers and clients.
Clearly explain the company s recruitment resume and job portal services.
Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout all communications.
Record and update customer interactions and follow-ups in the system.
Handle objections and queries effectively to convert interest into registrations.
Follow calling scripts and guidelines to ensure service consistency.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the team lead or manager.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word)
Good understanding of telecalling or customer service will be an added advantage
Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English
Clear and confident telephone etiquette
Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism
Patience empathy and persistence
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on daily conversions
Ability to work in a team and take constructive feedback
