Job Description

Summary/Objectives

The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to emails while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Essential Functions

  • Field inbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Respond to and resolve customer questions.
  • Research possible solutions to customer issues.
  • Enter incoming service and supply requests.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Customer Care Manager.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers VOIP phone system printers/copiers and other various technologies.

Physical Demands

Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full time position. Monday-Friday 40 hours a week. Times vary between 7 am 5 pm.

Travel

No travel required

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient PC and typing skills with ability to multitask through different applications/screens.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience in Microsoft applications (Outlook Word Excel Teams)
