Position Overview
804 Technology LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Consultant/Office Administrator (Operations/HR) to join our team onsite in Cottleville MO. In this full-time role you will support multiple departments by managing daily administrative tasks related to operations and human resources.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a close-knit team that values long-term relationships mutual support and professionalism in a casual yet productive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and employee setup
  • Coordinate employee insurance and benefits administration
  • Submit and track invoices using Xero and Invoices On-Line
  • Manage accounts payable bill payments and check deposits
  • Provide general administrative support across departments
  • Maintain internal documentation and records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email with staff vendors and partners
  • Use HR and accounting software including Paylocity for relevant tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Gmail etc.)
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with common business applications
  • Effective email communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field
  • Previous experience with Xero Invoices On-Line or Paylocity a plus
