PHRC is a PT-owned and operated multi-city clinic. We have been in business since 2006 and now have 9 locations in 3 states. We take pride in the work we do for our patients and for the field of pelvic floor therapy.

We know from experience that committed professionals whether they are new graduates or veterans add value to our company. As a team we work together to continuously learn and improve our own skills. As a company we have a diverse range of skills and experience allowing us to create and provide a unique paid training program. We individualize each training program to meet the needs of our new team member. Our structured training program consists of weekly clinical and didactic goals. Our entire staff works together to get our new team member prepared for a successful clinical experience at PHRC.
Ongoing mentorship
The field of pelvic health is constantly evolving and we are constantly learning. For this reason structured mentoring continues when the training program ends. Every new team member has their own seasoned mentor at PHRC. We offer paid bi-monthly mentoring and collaborative staff meetings and quarterly and yearly in-house educational in-services. In addition to our in-house mentoring we offer generous continuing education benefits plus the days off required for courses to be used as each therapist chooses. Additional resources are available for registration costs to local conferences and courses.

Base Salary: $90k-$95k
