Job Description
Our beautiful hotel is currently searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Service Attendant to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage to guest rooms ensuring our valued guests have an enjoyable in-room dining experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. . This position is Part Time on Saturday and Sunday nights from 3:45pm-10pm with potential for additional shifts throughout the week. Base tips averaging $16-$21/hr.

Your responsibilities include:
- Taking guest food and beverage orders over the phone
- Understanding all menu items their garnishes contents and preparation methods and be able to confidently relay this information to a guest
- Delivering meals and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and courteous manner
- Monitoring and restocking inventory as well as ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of service areas
- Upselling and offering additional menu items to guests (pairings desserts etc.)
- Picking up room service trays in guest hallways
- Adhering to established policies and procedures as well as food and beverage standards
- Providing exceptional service to guests addressing and resolving any issues or concerns as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
