What you will do:

• Negotiate with Key Account and vendors to obtain orders meet schedules enhance profitability and ensure that Key Account uses OneSource as their primary source of material.
• Promote and sell the people products and services of OneSource.
• Utilize value-add selling of Assembly & Manufacturing services to save the customer money.
• Tailor a business plan that is appropriate to Key Accounts business potential and market needs
• Establish and maintain a consistent call schedule based upon profitability and future potential.
• Implement an effective pricing plan tailored to the customer.
• Coordinate and plan with the Account Representatives and all other specialists to ensure the customer is receiving the information and services needed in a timely fashion.
• Resolve customer disputes concerning delivery vendors pricing and returns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the efforts of the Credit department by obtaining the accounts receivable goals of the organization.
• Introduce and demonstrate new products as well as alternates to the customer.
• Develop strong supplier relationships.
• Analyze changes in market conditions as they apply to the customer.
• Develop good working relationships with all specialists and support personnel.
• Engage inafter-work customer entertainment.

• Support the branch strategy and mission of Employer of Choice which also aligns with the overall Company strategic plan support Company initiatives through day-to-day actions.

What you will bring:

• ElectricalIndustrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelors degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or
• 5 - 7 years of related experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Location: This role is based in San Diego CA

Work hours: 8:00am 5:00pm flexible

Salary Range:

• This is an exempt position that pays an annual base salary of $100000.00 - $150000.00.This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location within California. In addition to the base salary this role offers a competitive commission and bonus plan.
